SBC connection to radius

I'm hoping maybe someone has an idea what I could have missed. The customer is running multiple HA pairs on multiple isolated networks. After a couple years of working, radius has been failing across one network, which consists of 5 pairs of 3900s, not co-located.

Had the team that manages the radius server, verify seeing a good authentication which returns a log in failed on the SBC's. Verifed Dictionary file in radius, user sessions in SBC, and that when disconnecting the management network local credentials can be used for access.

On a debug of the log.authd, below was the only thing that stood out. I have to pen/paper to export logs, hence why I dont have the rest.
