Automated Email login forward user directly to document location

Use case: A document folder exists for Permits. Any time a new file is added to the Permits folder, we would like to notify the folder Viewers and provide them with a simple (quick and as few clicks as possible) means to review the new document.
We have enabled the email notification for a document manager folder upon upload of a new document per the instructions https://docs.oracle.com/cd/F46346_01/English/user/managers_ref/73702.htm.
We are receiving the email with the information about the document folder; however, upon login to Unifier using the 'button' in the email. The user is simply logged into the application and then must navigate to the correct Project (shell) and then to the Documents, then navigate the folder structure until they reach the folder.....far too many steps to be considered useful by anyone.
