P6 ERP Report Subtotal Not Showing In Print Preview For Specific User

Hi Community,

I have a user who cannot see a Primavera P6 r16.2.13 ERP report's subtotal in Print Preview, but other users can.

I've tested logging in with the user's log-in credentials on my computer and can't see the report's subtotal in print preview either.

Steps performed to reproduce:

1.   Open project

2.   Go to Tool > Reports

3.   Select Report

4.   Right Click Report

5.   Select Run > Report

6.   Choose Print Preview

7.   Click OK

Has anyone else seen this issue before?
