Can a location be attached to corporation in Order Release XML

We have a shipping location existing in OTM beforehand. We wanted to do the below in Order Release XML:

1) Create a corporation on the fly. (We are able to do this, by adding additional CORPORATION Glog Element)

2) We wanted to attach this Corporation to a shipping location that already exists in OTM. (We are able to do this , by adding additional LOCATION Glog Element and adding Corporation tags to it ) However, OTM expects address also to be added here. We do not want to post the address elements again , since location is already created.

Is there anything we are missing here ?
