CRS fail to startup at one of the node.

Hi all experts,

May I get your assistance for my situation, one of the node has down and fail to start CRS.

Oracle version : 12.2.0.1 with RAC

OS: SunOS 11.3


---- I have performed the command ocrcheck and below error message was find.

2022-06-24 09:17:54.774 : OCROSD: utopen: Failed to open OCR disk/file [/u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/cdata/hkfvo031.olr], errno:[13], OS error string:[Permission denied]
