Strategic Modeling - models missing

in EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Hi,

When using smartview and logged into an environment where models exist, the models are no longer visible. I see the correct SM options, but when I click to expand models, nothing shows up (same thing for Consolidation View and Templates). This behavior started within the last month. I updated to the latest version of Strategic Modeling. Is this a known bug or error?
