Prevent Manual Shipment Consolidation when Freight Terms Differ

Hey Dist Community,

Does anyone know if it's possible or not to have the system prevent manual shipment consolidation in the Shipment Workbench (P4915) If the SO Line that you are attempting to put onto the already existing Shipment has a different FRTH?

I know that FRTH being the same is a requirement for JDE to systematically consolidate order lines based on the transportation constants setup, but I am struggling to find a way to prevent a user from manually consolidating when they differ. I am currently using custom grids to highlight the freight terms so the user is aware, but they still make the mistakes. I appreciate your time in advance.
