Storing Actual Start Dates on Work Orders
I'm fairly novice on work orders, but have been asked a question I hope someone can help with.
To begin, we are on OneWorld 9.1 with plans to move to 9.2 in Q1 next year.
Given supply chain concerns, the work order start date isn't always the date we can actually start the work order. Our production team would like to be able to measure the throughput from the time an order CAN start (moving to a status 50) and completion. We'd like to keep the original start and requested dates so we can measure when an order was supposed to start and finish versus when it actually started and finished.
