R42950 not repricing partial ship line added in ship confirm next status 914

Price adjustment is set to add a free good line with a price, based on quantity. First line is on backorder with next status 900 and free good creates as expected. Release the backorder and partially ship this first line. Next status is still 900, retained on the original line with an adjusted quantity of what was actually ship confirmed; creates a new line with remaining quantity to ship @ next status 914. Run this line through R42950 and it reprices as expected, cancelling the original free good line and adding a new free good line
