Payroll Message Report (XML) unable to open directly in Excel from Edge browser

Hi Everyone,

We have transitioned to Edge as default browser and initiate the Oracle EBS forms from Edge. When we are trying to open Oracle seeded report such as Payroll Message Report (XML)  by clicking View Output from the concurrent request form, it prompts us the Viewer Option with choice of Browser and Excel.

I select Excel and click "OK", the Edge download panel opens with the Payroll Message Report in xml format. I click on the file and it opens in IE browser with raw xml view. We no longer can view the Payroll Message Report in spreadsheet format.
