Specification mandates value for attribute REL in Payroll Extract

Hi,

In the payroll Extract I can see the error for this type while downloading the XML file , which I had also checked in the Notepad as well but could not able to resolve.

This page contains the following errors:

error on line 1 at column 687: Specification mandates value for attribute REL
