MTL_SUPPLY MISSING DATA

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

When I cancel the shipment line, the data in mtl_supply whoes SUPPLY_TYPE_CODE is 'SHIPMENT' will be deleted, and the data in mtl_supply whoes SUPPLY_TYPE_CODE is 'PO' will appear.But,some times,the data in mtl_supply whoes SUPPLY_TYPE_CODE is 'PO' will not appear,it means that the mtl_supply will lose some supply quantity。

I want to know why the data will missing
