Product : Oracle Applications : 12.2.8

Problem : material transaction Costed Error Code = No Error in CSTPSISC.ins_std_cost,Error Explanation =CSTPSISC.INS_STD_COST (75): ORA-00001: unique constraint (INV.MTL_CST_ACTUAL_COST_DETAILS_U1) violated

In table mtl_transaction_accounts are created but table mtl_cst_actual_cost_details are not created . How Can I do with this Error ? Please help me .
