E46 : Why 913 -Added in Pick confirmation getting added ?

When I perform Pick confirmation for four different product lines which is of LPN stock.

I find one line getting split and create 913 - Added in Pick confirmation and original lines get 983 - Canceled in Pick Confirmation.

What is the scenario / situation causing this ?

I have stock for all products and why only one line of it has such behavior

Other lines are confirmed in the same line and moved promptly. (means no split)
