EBS Release 12.2 HRMS RUP16 - confirm prerequisites

We are on 12.2.6 EBS and currently have R12.AD.C.delta.12, R12.TXK.C.delta.12,and R12.ATG_PF.C.Delta.9 loaded. Per Doc ID 2862919.1 for RUP16, it looks like I need to upgrade ATG to R12.ATG_PF.C.Delta.10.

I can't tell if I am required to update AD and TXK to delta.13 or not. This looks like it introduces changes to the DB schema so I would rather not install that now.

Can anyone confirm if AD/TXK has to be updated to delta.13 or is delta.12 okay for now?
