Not able to View Generated Communication

in Campus Solutions - PSFT (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

We are generating letters via Comm Gen. The pdfs and HTML are successfully sent via emails as attachments. But when we try to view them via the Communication Management Page by clicking the View button, the pdfs do not open and nothing happens.

Appreciate if anyone can please share their experience if you faced a similar situation.
