Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We have request on change form when document type is customer external doc force user to write comments in approve window.

is it possible to do this through script px and event ? or else method ?
