Get User Session information from an external application to Fusion Middleware Control 12c

I need to obtain the information detailed in Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control with the detail of the Developer Forms sessions (Process ID, Form Name, Database, User Name, ...) but from an external application that we are developing. Is it possible to do it? Is there any API that can be used? Thank you very much for your help.
