Xstore Mobile getting timeout while processing the Order transaction

in Retail Point-of-Service Solutions (MOSC) 1 commentQuestion

Hi Team,


From xstore mobile we are trying to read one file for procession order(custome code) but before processing the order xstore mobile getting timeout and gettng RPC error, "A request timeout has expired after 120000 ms". Check device configuration" error message.

In logs also we are not seeing any error or exception. We are seeing following thing in the log.


For reference here I have attached the snapshot of the error. Could you please tell us how we can resolve it?
