How to create an item as a charge in order management?

Hi,

I was trying to follow this document (How to Set Up Miscellaneous Charge Items in Inventory (Doc ID 118925.1) but I got stuck at part 3 since the item is not available for assignment in the newly created sub-inventory, however, if you try to check the stockable checkbox under inventory in item setup it appears. This contradicts the previous step 1 which states to only check Inventory item.

Kindly assist
