Oracle Linux USB installer created using Rufus fails media test verification

I created a bootable USB (16GB stick) with Rufus of several versions of full Oracle Linux (8.5, 8.6 and 7.9) ISO downloaded from Oracle. Machine boots to Linux installation configuration. When verifying the installation media, I get "This media is not good to install from."

My machine is Dell R640. What am I missing?
