Impact Status Questions

I need to copy balances from Entity A to Entity B. Hence I have a Impact Status rule to Impact Entity B when Entity A Changes and then I have a data copy rule to copy the data from Entity A when Calculation runs on Entity B.

The Problem is Entity B sits above the Entity A in the Metadata Rollup. So after FDMEE data load and CAWD run on Top Parent, Entity B status is impacted but the data copy has not happened as the calculation is run for Entity B before Entity A.

Any solutions to solve this issue from HFM/FDMEE aspect? One option I thought was to enable a second consolidation run only on Impacted Entities but not sure how that can be triggered from FDMEE.(As my FDMEE DLR already defined to run CAWD on Top Parent and we need to run CAWD).
