SQLT objects owned by my APPS schema

Oracle RDBMS 12.1.0

ORACLE EBS: 12.1.3

I am working on upgrading my EBS to 12.2 and as part of the pre-upgrade steps I have run the Online Patching Database Compliance Checker. Section-19 for "Table must be owned by the EBS product schema, not APPS" it is reporting 41 objects that start with the SQLT$ prefix.

These tables look like they belong to the SQLT diagnostic tool but they should be owned by SQLTXADMIN. This database has be around for a while and has migrated through several version of the Oracle RDBMS (8, 9, 10 and soon to be 19c). Could an earlier version of the SQLT tool allowed the tables to be created under a different user? Can I just drop these 41 tables?

Howdy, Stranger!
