PS_EMPLOYEES does not gets updated automatically

Hi All,

Whenever I query any data from Oralce SQL developer / or reporting tools from HCM, I see the some data is missing. ( I come to know by my own information of the data).

And when I run the Application Engine process Name PER099 Description Fill EMPLOYEES Table with current data parameters it shows the missing data, even the missing data was entered months ago.

My quuestion is that why the employees table is not being updated automatically? and what is the solution to this issue?
