How do you send a notification to the requester when internal order is shipped

my customer process follows internal requisition / internal order process and all is working fine

my customer has asked for a notification to be sent to the requester upon shipping of the internal order

we have followed and reviewed several support documents but can only get a notification to the person shipping the order

is there a way to enable a notification to the requester without customisation?

We have followed support docs 1938565.1 which has enabled us to generate a notification, plus also reviewed 731336.1 and note 414933.1
