New version of ODA - Data Guard Tehcnical Brief is available

Dear All,

The Data Guard technical brief has just been updated and it is available on oracle.com:

Oracle Database Appliance: Implementing MAA Disaster Recovery Solutions Using Oracle Data Guard

It includes the following changes:

  1. Integrated Data Guard feature
  2. Registering Manually Configured Data Guard on DCS
  3. Updated manual Data Guard configuration procedure on DCS
  4. Configuring NFS server on ODA

It is recommended to use the integrated Data Guard feature. On 19.15 it works into all directions (BM-BM, BM-DBSystem, DBSystem-DBSystem).

Please consider to integrate the previously manually configured Data Guards into ODA with odacli register-dataguard.
