Decommission from HCM

in EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC)

We start the decommissioning and cancel our subscription to Oracle HCM SaaS, and we had 5 yrs of data, Oracle should give us dump data for those 5 yrs.


We would like to have this data readable and read-only for some of our users, as well as we need to archive this Data.


Is there any solution for the same?
