Duplicates Exist flag updated on Query Table

Hello,

During our testing of the new Possible Duplicates Exist functionality, we noticed that both expense reports (the original and the duplicate) are now being flagged on the EX_SHEET_HDR table as Y for Duplicates_Exist field. Prior to this functionality only the duplicate expense report was flagged for duplicates. Was this a change in logic to flag both reports with the new functionality?
