TDE behavior when migrating from on-premises to ExaCS

We have a 19c database on-premises with autologin TDE enabled and we plan to migrate this DB to ExaCS using RMAN duplicate. How do we deal with the TDE wallet? Once we create a placeholder database on ExaCS the password used for SYS will be used to create a new TDE wallet on ExaCS. However, we have to copy TDE wallet from on-premises in order to RMAN duplicate works.

Can we just get rid of the wallet created when we created the placeholder DB? How the ExaCS tooling is affected once the wallet password will be different than the one created with the Web Console?
