Chart cannot retrieve data inside of a group by section

Hello there,

I'm using a sample XML in a RTF template to do a report, the report is working well, but when I put a chart inside of the Group by section, the report is still good, except the chart, it says "No data to display". But when I put the chart out of the Group by section, it shows me well the data. So, anyone has an idea how can I fix it to work properly inside of the Group by section, please.
