At the time of PO creation User need to get an warning weather MRP maintained in system or not

Hi All


In JDE 9.1 , At the time of PO creation User need to get an warning weather MRP maintained in system or not. in current case there is no alerts against SKU in the system. if the MRP is not maintained there should be warning message for the same.

Please share ideas on how this can be achieved without customization
