E 46L : 141LPN - License Plate Number -Location Error

We are getting error while transferring using P46L10 - License plate work bench.

When checked in Oracle KG site, i get to see the bug was fixed and working.

But looks like the error was reappearing, can some one confirm

so i can create SR ticket to seek help from Oracle folks
