OEM 13c - DO NOT UPGRADE the OPatch on the agents to 13.9.4.2.8.

Hello,

I'm on Windows 2016 server, with OEM 13.4 installed

I want to apply the OPatch version to update my OEM 13.4 to the last RU 16.

I downloaded the last patch recommanded for OPatch 13.9.4.2.8, and read the document EM 13c: How to Upgrade OPatch to 13.9.4.2.8 on the Enterprise Manager 13.4 or 13.5 Cloud Control OMS (Doc ID 2728285.1)

In this document it's written in the Goal part : DO NOT UPGRADE the OPatch on the agents to 13.9.4.2.8 !

Why ?

No more precision, it is strange that the last OPatch version for agents is not indicated !?

I checked the previous version of OPatch 13.9.4.2.6 and 13.9.4.2.7, but the referenced document is always the
