Deep Dive into ODA Software Architecture

I haven't found much documentation or training that gives a deep dive into the ODA software architecture that can help ODA administrator's troubleshoot issues before opening SRs with Oracle. Prior to the ODA I managed Oracle databases running on Redhat Linux and not configured with Clusterware, ASM, Grid Infrastructure, and perhaps other Oracle software which the Oracle database on an ODA depends on that I'm not aware of. I wasn't familiar with large sets of commands that start with odacli, srvctl or crsctl. The ODA has introduced me to a whole new universe of commands for managing the Oracle database.
