Custom Fields in PO Line/PO Header disabled after enabling Change Order Approval for the fields

Hi Team,

We have checked Reapproval for the Change Order approval Change Template

As soon as these fields are enabled in Change Order Template, the same are disabled in Add/Update PO's when the PO status is dispatched or pending approval. The same is not happening with other fields if we enable it - Example PO Quantity, PO Amount, Description and Account(from PO Distrib record)

Can you please take a look at it and let me know your thoughts ? Thank you!
