July 2022 Update for Campus Solutions Federal Methodology (FM) Customers

As indicated in the March 8, 2022 announcement (Attention: Update for Campus Solutions Federal Methodology (FM) Customers), the College Board has informed Oracle that they will be transitioning to a Cloud based platform for both Federal Methodology (FM) and Institutional Methodology (IM) beginning the 2023-2024 aid year.

Aid Year 2023-2024: 

  • Oracle will deliver a Java-based FM EFC Calculator in Campus Solutions, to replace the current FM COBOL process for aid year 2023-2024 and forward.
  • Aid years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 will continue to leverage the previously delivered FM COBOL process. 

Aid Year 2024-2025:

  • Oracle will maintain support of the Java-based FM EFC Calculator for aid years 2023-2024 and forward.
