What debug information need to be collected for missing transactions from ECC?
On ECC CLM, Customer claims intermittently user found transactions were missing from ECC, but after several hours, these missing transactions will be automatically reappeared.
Issue cannot be replicated at will but it is happening in frequency of 1-2 times per month.
Since whenever issue was happening, there is 4-5 hours window before these missing transactions were reappeared. What debug information could be collected during this window if the issue was reoccurred?
