CMGL and SRCE

Dears,

Like to make sure if my understanding is correct on this:

The not lot-controlled items in F4102 assigned SRCE=Blank and received into on-hand quantity without lot numbers. However, their F4102.CMGL assigned with 3 instead of 1. So when the items are committed into work order (via R31410) or into sales order (via R42520) will always follow the rule like CMGL=1 by location though the setup is CMGL=3?

Or the WO/SO will hard commit nothing at all by these settings? Thanks!
