Is there an option to cancel any Kit Component Line after pick list is done?

Hi,

There is a requirement to cancel a component line of a Kit item after the pick list is printed. Is there a way to cancel this component line during Pick or Ship confirmation.

If yes, how to handle it and will there be any discrepancy in processing this Kit order and any impact on Sales Update?
