Question about listener endpoints and RAC

Hi,

Running "lsnrctl status" I can see the endpoints the listener is listening on? Where do the listener pick up these addresses from?

Ex from a two nodes RAC 19c

Listening Endpoints Summary...

 (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=ipc)(KEY=LISTENER)))

 (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=45.44.89.101)(PORT=1521)))

 (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=45.44.89.102)(PORT=1521)))
