Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello Folks,

I have installed DEMO9.2 standalone successfully followed by below steps, but while trying to login getting Unable to Locate Security server message.

Installed Pre -requisites
Installed JDK 32 bit 1.7
Installed Oracle Weblogic
Installed Oracle E1Local Database
Installed 32bit Client database (32bit Windows V47124-01)
Copied tnsname.ora file and corrected the environment variable.
But still getting below error while login...

JDESPEC0000051 - Unable to open F00942 to load metadata cache. Fatal Error.
