Excel template program in error after clone

Hi,

We took a recent clone from our Production instance and find that the XML publisher reports having excel templates are ending in Warning. Any idea what could be wrong ? Concurrent program Log file and OPP log file is given below. Other program with .rtf template seems to be working fine.
