Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. FND new message text is not coming which are created newly

Hi Team,

I have created FND New message, it get inserted new record into FND_NEW_MESSAGES with ZD_SYNC column as INSERTED.

I am not sure how ZD_SYNC column value move from INSERTED to SYNC.

I was trying to fetch the message in FORMs development.

Please suggest.
