: Xstore Mobile timeout before getting the details from WebService.

Hi Team,

For our one of the clients Xstore mobile is getting timeout before webservice timeout. WebService timeout is only 1 min. Following the error screenshot, we are getting on xstore mobile.


 


When we click on “Retry” option on this error prompt then xstore mobile is showing the WebService timeout error prompt.

There is no error in xstore_mobile.log and xstore_mobile_wrapper.log. In xstore_mobile we can see the following logs only.



Let us know how to resolve this issue.
