Merge 12.2.10 RUP patch (onward) with other patches, showing wrong release version

As a part of EBS Upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2 OR upgrading from 12.2.9 or lower to 12.2.10 and higher version, as per the Oracle guidelines on Meta link note - 2666934.1 (for 12.2.10) to apply Patch - 30399999 (12.2.10 RUP) ,its needed to merge with other patches.

However, due to merging RUP patch -30399999 OR 12.2.11 patch with other patches , it creates issue of showing Release version 12.2.9.

Solution :

The Meta-Link Note - 2857362.1 shows resolution to apply RUP patch alone only so it can come up with right release version.
