Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Performance issue with API

We migrated a database from Oracle to SQL in Azure Environement.

When using API through application LEGARE, the treatment of one .csv file is 5 hours long instead of 15 mn in local Oracle environment.

We found that UDFVALUE table is very big. May this has an impact ? How to solve it please ?
