Installation of APEX in oracle 19c database

We are migrating the database from oracle 11g to 19c. During the migration we identified database is making use of APEX component.

In oracle 19c , we know APEX doesn't come as default component. But can see executable in the oracle 19c home for APEX and it says has APEX 18.2 version.

Could you please share the steps to install APEX 18.2 that comes with oracle 19c database. ?
