Subledger exception appeaing for few transactions

The exception is "The journal entry has many primary balancing segment values on both the debit and credit sides and no clearing company option has been set"

I found the Create Accounting Failing With Error “The journal entry has many primary balancing segment values on both the debit and credit sides and no clearing company option has been set.” (Doc ID 2821914.1) but it s nowhere related to our issue.

can you please suggest and workaround as we got stuck in month end closure
