parallel query

Hello Pros.,

I have a standby database (3 nodes rac) opened as read only, i'm facing an issue when i run parallel queries against the Db, when i connect to a single instance the query runs with 32 sessions, but when i connect using the SCAN it opens only one session for the query, i have grid 19c and DB 12cr1.

any ideas would be appreciated.
