Why Item with Price Zero at PO not considard at OPM cost Calc. or Journal Generation

Scenario:

1-Create Po With 2 Line for the same item X

Line 1 with itemX Qty 10 price is 10$

Line 2 With item X Qty 2 Price 0

Receipt both Line then Run Landed Cost integration Manager , and shipment interface import

match invoice for Line 1 by 100 (Qty10 * Price 10)

Line 2 By 20 (Qty2 * Price 10) then Run Match interface import and submit Pending shipment --> Then From OPM costing --> 1- Run Landed Cost adjutment Processor

2- Run Actual cost Processor 3- Cost update 4-OPM accounting Preprocessor 5-Create accounting "Draft"

Result

For Line 1 Item cost Calculated Correctly With Tax and Actual LC Charges

For Line 2 item cost only Calc for Tax and Applied LC charges but IPV Value (from0 to 20) not Considard at item cost or Journal Generation
